Oswald has worked in a number of sub-Saharan countries across Africa over the last 14 years focusing on technology research, innovation, product development, business development and partnerships to drive revenue growth and transformation. Oswald is currently the Group Head of Innovation Partnerships for Liquid Telecom where his role was to drive the Innovation strategy, execution and revenues for the company working with partners within the innovation ecosystem and global technology companies. Oswald has worked for Mastercard Foundation, Econet Wireless Group, Naspers and been involved in a number of start-ups. Oswald holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Cape Town and has been a Visiting Researcher at University of Michigan and INRIA in France.
